  8. All items order from oversea, we unable to 100% confirm is it have stock, factory base on 1st paid 1st serve, only we confirm our order they will proceed and inform us. Other if we confirm already out of stock, we will remove from our website

How is work if my order out of stock, will Belleshoez.com inform earlier?
If you order have more than 1 item, only will be inform once item ready to ship out.
Otherwise will be inform early.

If my order is entitle to join FREE DELIVERY, but
cause product out of stock total amount not enough, will still entitle join FREE DELIVERY?
No, if the total amount after deduct the out of stock items not enough to requirement, customer will need to paid postage.

If my items out of stock, will I can refund?
Yes, you may provide us your order ID & bank details will refund within 5 working days.

If my items out of stock, will I can exchange with other product, how long should i wait?
Yes, able to exchange other product with place new order, after replace new order within 7-14 working days to delivery.

Return Policy

You can return the item back to us if:

  1. The item received has Manufacturing Defect which is caused by us only.
  2. The item received has Colour Problem which is caused by us only.
  3. The item received has Size Problem which is caused by us only.
  4. The item is received within 5 days after the item is shipped only.

You CANNOT return the item back to us if:

  1. The item received has Colour Problem which is chosen wrongly by customer.
  2. The item received has Size Problem which is chosen wrongly by customer.
  3. The item received does not fulfill customer's quality expectation.
  4. The item received is not exactly the same from the picture.

Conditions:

  1.  The item must not be washed before.
  2. The item must be returned with the plastic and the code tag.
  3. The item must be returned as the condition during received.
